Blazer Jobs is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) for a full-time, in-person position serving PreK and elementary students in the Elmira, NY area for the 20252026 school year. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced clinician who is passionate about early intervention, communication development, and helping young learners thrive in both academic and social settings.
Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to PreK and elementary students

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success

Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district standards

Foster communication skills that support learning, play, and social development
Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active New York SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

NY State Education Department certification required (or eligibility in process)

Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred

Compensation
